The following applicant workshop was provided when the original Development Project Solicitation was released in Spring 2025. All program requirements remain the same for the reopening of the Solicitation in Spring 2026, except for the updated application window, which is open from April 24 through June 26, 2026.
The Kaweah MLRP reopened this solicitation to enroll more projects with clear groundwater sustainability benefits. Applications that design projects with measurable water savings and/or groundwater recharge elements will be prioritized.

Technical Assistance Request Form
The Kaweah MLRP hosted an in-person workshop for applicants on May 20 at Self-Help Enterprises in Visalia to review the project solicitation, application process, eligible project types, and free technical assistance resources. We covered the same material that we presented at our virtual workshop on April 17. A recording of that workshop is provided above along with links to other helpful materials and resources for applicants, including technical assistance.
